Industry Focus. Signal Peak  will initially focus on specific industries based on the team's collective expertise, including:

1. Life Science and & Medical Technology Companies that can capture significant market share in an emerging, high growth market with a proprietary product, technology which is defensible over time. These opportunities would include genomics, proteomics as well as enabling technologies employed in drug discovery, synthesis, screening and delivery.
2. Information Technology & Networking Companies that can capture significant market share in a relatively large, high growth market as a result of a proprietary technology, product, or service. Signal Peak  focuses on companies that are developing credible business models that are likely to lead to profitable operations.
3. Other opportunities that can capture significant market share in an emerging, high growth service industry through the application of new technologies.

Stage Focus. Signal Peak  will concentrate primarily on seed and early-stage high technology ventures. Our firm strives to have meaningful ownership positions with our investments and actively contribute as advisors and directors to our companies. The firm targets companies that have the potential to become public companies or attractive acquisition candidates within  five years from the time the seed investments are made.

Geographic Focus. Signal Peak focuses its investments in the Rocky Mountain Region. The region offers a technology rich base of entrepreneurs and our team has decades of successful experience assisting companies in the Intermountain States.
